Deep Western Roots

Established in 1925, La Fiesta de los Vaqueros was created to showcase the authentic American West to visitors seeking sunshine in the winter.

Nearly a century later, that same spirit lives on.
The Tucson Rodeo remains one of the few major professional rodeos held entirely outdoors in a traditional dirt arena. Every ride, every run, and every second happens against the backdrop of the real Arizona desert, where weather, grit, and determination are simply part of the competition.

For nine unforgettable days each February, the world's best PRCA and WPRA athletes compete for championship buckles while thousands gather to celebrate a tradition that continues to define the West.
